When cooling after welding, the direction and amount of deformation will bend or incline the weldment in the opposite direction in advance. After welding, due to its shrinkage deformation, it will just return to the predetermined shape and position. The purpose of preventing welding deformation and reducing welding stress can be achieved.
3. Positioning control method: before welding, many welding spots are used to position the welding position or around the component, and heavy objects can be pressed on both sides of the weld.
4. Welding sequence method: the correct arrangement of welding sequence is the method to prevent welding deformation. The rule of welding deformation is that the deformation caused by the first weld is more serious, and the deformation caused by each weld generally can not offset each other.
