Rain proof measures for steel structure scaffold:

The fasteners of the scaffold shall be checked one by one before and after the rain, and the foundation of the scaffold shall be checked first during the inspection. During the inspection, the construction and inspection personnel shall ensure that their own safety protection measures are in place, pay attention to anti-skid and fall prevention, and it is strictly prohibited to command against rules.

2、 Temporary electricity and rain proof measures for steel structure:

The leakage protection devices of various electrical appliances shall be sensitive, various construction wires shall be checked regularly, and the insulation outsourcing shall be intact without damage to prevent personal injury due to rain and water leakage; The upper part of the electric welding machine, grinding machine, threading machine and other equipment set outdoors shall be set up with a canopy, and the lower part shall be padded to prevent rainwater immersion.

The power line shall not be erected with bare wires or plastic wires, and the distribution box shall be rainproof. Reliable neutral protection shall be adopted for the metal sheath of electromechanical equipment, and the leakage protection device of motor switch box shall be reliable.

All mechanical operators shall work with certificates and wear insulating rubber shoes and gloves as required. In case of heavy rain, stop all mechanical and electrical operations, turn off the power supply of the main electrical box in the on-site reinforcement processing yard, and timely organize the inspection of the safety performance of machinery and electrical appliances after the rain. It is strictly prohibited to lift equipment and components and manually carry materials or equipment in heavy rain.

Cables and wires used on site shall not be soaked in rain or laid on wet ground. They shall be installed overhead or buried, and safe and reliable protective measures shall be set.

Before the construction of Haimen steel structure in rainy season, the on-site power supply, electric box, tower crane grounding, insulation and other items shall be telemetered and recorded.

After rain, all electrical equipment and electrical boxes shall be inspected once, and the doors of each electrical box shall be closed without opening.
